A lovely place to stop for refreshments with a wonderful panoramic view at 2098 metres above sea level in the Axamer Lizum. The Birgitzköpflhaus is easy to reach. Guests can either take the Birgitzköpfllift double chairlift or walk from the Axamer Lizum car park. The walk takes about an hour and is manageable.
Hiking around the Birgitzköpflhaus
The Birgitzköpflhaus is the starting point for many tours on well-marked and well-maintained hiking trails. There is also a varied climbing garden just 200 metres away.
Summer opening hours: June to September from Wednesday to Sunday. Closed on Monday and Tuesday!
