This alpine restaurant is located right next to the top station of the Muttereralm cable car, and is a wonderful place for visitors to enjoy fantastic Tyrolean cuisine with a beautiful panoramic view. A large outdoor area ensures optimal enjoyment. For that real alpine feel, one of our restaurant's rooms is decorated with pine and spruce, and we have bars inside and out. Our restaurant is also suitable for large parties and can seat 230 inside, and 250 outside.
Muttereralm contains Innsbruck's BikePark and is an ideal destination for families. Simple hikes, plenty of child-friendly attractions and top fun with mountain carts are all near the restaurant.
For longer hikes, it's the perfect starting point for places such as the Nockspitze, Birgitzer Alm and Birgitzköpflhaus.
Mountain bikers who wish to hit the trails away from the BikePark can head from here to Götzner Alm and around the mountains.
The Muttereralm Alpine Restaurant is simple to reach via the Muttereralm cable car, and the valley station can be accessed by car or with the STB (Stubaitalbahn) tram from the city.
