The starting point for this toboggan tour is the car park at Kinderland Grünberg. The route begins with a steady ascent, which can be a little strenuous at first. The well-prepared forest path leads through dense forests and offers impressive views of the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains. After around 2.5 hours, you reach the cosy Simmeringalm at around 1,813 m above sea level.
Before the descent, it's worth taking a break at the Simmeringalm. Here you can fortify yourself with warm food and drinks, enjoy the wintry mountain landscape and prepare for the toboggan run ahead.
The approximately 6 km long toboggan run is varied and challenging and leads back down into the valley. The descent takes around 25 minutes and offers both fast sections and more leisurely curves. The route is challenging but easy to master - ideal for experienced tobogganists and adventure seekers.

- You reach the starting point via the Inntal valley. At Telfs or Mötz, drive onto the Mieminger Plateau and continue to Obsteig. A few metres before the end of the village, turn left and follow the signposts to the valley station of the Grünberg lift.
