The toboggan run runs from the Rumer Alm to the free ‘Naturpark Karwendel’ hiking car park in Rum. The Canisiusbrünnl inn can also be chosen as an alternative end point of the run. The starting point for the ascent is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. If you are travelling by bus, take the IVB line A.
From the Rum hiking car park, the path leads up to the Rumer Alm in around one and a half hours. The Alm is located at 1,243 metres above sea level and offers great views and a pleasant place to stop for a bite to eat.
The start of the descent is at the Rumer Alm and leads past the Enzianhütte back to the car park or the Canisiusbrünnl inn. The route offers a varied ride and is suitable for all tobogganers. Toboggans can also be hired at the Rumer Alm, so you don't need your own equipment.
