Start at the car park, follow the route past the two forest lakes and then turn right and continue through the forest to Haggen. Cross the bridge, continue past the Forellenhof Haggen and then take the path that leads from the "Maria Schnee" chapel across the fields towards the entrance of the valley. Cross the road and continue in the same direction along the path between the fields until you reach the start of the paved road. At the junction, follow the short uphill section to a holiday home in the forest and then take the trail to the Brandhöfe farms. From the farms, follow the route down to the main road and continue towards the entrance of the valley and Alt-Peida. After the cattle grid, cross the bridge to the other side of the valley and turn to follow the forest trail back the other way, away from the entrance of the valley. At the point where the trail meets the paved route into the Gleirsch Valley, take the route downhill over the bridge and past the fox playground. Shortly after the playground, turn left and continue back past the forest lakes to the starting point.
