Learn more

The Lanser See is an alpine moorland lake covering an area of 70,000 m² with a water surface area of 35,000 m². The lake is fed by groundwater and the nearby protected "Seerosenweiher" lily pond (=Lanser Moor). Beautiful water lilies bloom in June and July.

Facilities at Lanser See lake include a children's playground and a shallow children's swimming area in the lake, a diving platform, a "magical island" in the middle of the lake, an area for ball games, a restaurant and a mixed nudist area in a peaceful and romantic spot.

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed due to the size of the lake.

Water depth: 12 m

Water temperature: June to September 20-25°C
