Your route starts at the Bretterkeller and takes you downstream along the Sill. After crossing the Rapoldi Park, you reach the banks of the Sill and follow its path until it flows into the Inn. The path also takes you under the Olympic road.
Now head south-east along the Inn promenade to the quarry pond. From there, the route heads west, past the Amras district and the Wiesengasse sports grounds. Finally, the route takes you back to the starting point via the Tivoli Stadium.
