An easy bike tour from Telfs in the Inn Valley that leads up to the Mieming Plateau and then gently climbs at the foot of the Mieming Range from Wildermieming via Mieming and Obsteig to Arzkasten.
The tour starts at the Wendelinus parking lot in Telfs and follows Route No. 23 via Gerhardhof to Wildermieming. It continues across the Mieming Plateau, mostly along the Mieming Plateau Gourmet Cycle Route, to Obsteig-Arzkasten. Optionally, the route can be extended via Weisland and Holzleiten to Nassereith. The return journey to Telfs follows the same route.
