The apartment is located on the first floor of an Art Nouveau-style building in Karl-Kapferer-Straße, which was built in the 1920s and fully renovated and refurbished in summer 2015. It now features top-quality materials and underfloor heating in all rooms.
Wonderful Swiss stone pine furniture
A number of special touches make this apartment one of a kind: all of the furniture was either made by a carpenter or is antique, and Swiss stone pine was selected as the wood for the beds and cabinets in the two bedrooms to create a particularly pleasant and healthy sleeping environment. The apartment is fully furnished and offers stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains. Personal service rounds off the "feel-good package".
