The Rathaus Galerien shopping centre is ideal for wheelchair users. It has many shops under one roof and all of them are located on one level. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available in the basement and are accessible via a lift. Fees apply for use of the toilet facilities. A lift provides easy access to the underground car park.

Innsbruck's shopping centres are located on the outskirts of Innsbruck. The big advantage of this: they offer plenty of parking, which is ideal if you want to do a big shop. At the same time, they are also easily accessible on public transport. The shops and garages are at ground level or accessible via lifts. 

The Inntal Center and telfsPARK shopping centres 
Both of these shopping centres are ideal for shopping enthusiasts in Telfs. The Inntal Center has 10 disabled parking spaces and two wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. All levels of the building are wheelchair accessible via a lift. The telfsPARK shopping centre is all on one level and the entrances are wheelchair accessible via ramps. There is also an accessible parking level, a lift is available. 

Kaufhaus Tyrol shopping centre 

The shopping centre in the centre of Innsbruck has a long tradition but today it's a modern and accessible space. The visually impaired can access the info point from the entrance on Maria Theresien Street via an integrated guidance system. Disabled toilet facilities with wheelchair accessible stalls and emergency call functions are available on the second and third basement levels.


Shopping in the historic old town 

Although most of the buildings are at ground level, they are often only accessible via steps. There are, however, large accessibility panels available under the arcades that are suitable for use by wheelchair users.
