This apartment is in a prime location, on a south-facing slope in the village of Omes/Axams, just 15 minutes from Innsbruck. Explore the mountains, alpine farms and mountain huts while hiking and biking.

The apartment is divided over two floors and has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a high ceiling (over 3.5m) and is very cosy. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 people. The living area offers plenty of space to play and has sloping ceilings with niches where children love to hang out. One bedroom with a double bed, one spacious bathroom with a toilet, shower, bathtub and changing table. A small children’s room with a bunk bed sleeps two children, a third child could sleep on the sofa bed.

A children's playground and the delicious treats at “Cafe Waldsalettl” are just 50 metres away. Free parking is available on site. A bus runs every hour from morning to evening from a stop right by the apartment to the centre of Axams. From there, you can reach Innsbruck and Axamer Lizum ski resort by public transport.
