Our green façade and striking zigzag roof make our property a real eye-catcher among Innsbruck’s world-famous row of colourful houses. Sustainability is our way of life, deep-rooted in conviction. We save resources and heat the property in an environmentally friendly way. We don’t use air conditioning but the rooms stay pleasantly cool anyway, even in summer, thanks to the thick old walls of this historical gem. We also clean exclusively with eco-friendly products. Green is clean!
Our apartments are located in a historic, listed building that we have lovingly renovated true to the motto: Preserve the past, with new eco-friendly touches. Our sustainable designer furniture from brands such as Grüne Erde, Hay, Muuto, Ligne Roset, Hübsch and many more creates a stylish ambience in perfect harmony with nature. You don’t need to travel by car or plane – our Green House is located right in the centre so you can explore the city on foot or by bike.
