The flat was completely renovated in autumn 2023 and is located on the first floor of a private house.It has two bedrooms, a kitchen-cum-living room, two bathrooms and a spacious balcony and offers space for a maximum of 6 people.
Children are welcome to use the garden with trampoline.
The location of the house is very good: only 10 minutes by car from Innsbruck and 2 minutes from the Mutterer Alm ski and hiking area and bike park.
The bus station to the Mutterer Alm and the Axamer Lizum is only 100 metres away, the bus stop for the Stubaitalbahn (for Innsbruck or the Stubaital) is only 3 minutes away.
You also have the option of charging an electric car (charged separately).
Furthermore, a soda stream is available to save you from carrying mineral water bottles and to avoid plastic waste.
Fresh bread is available at the bakery, which is only 2 minutes away.
