The studio is bright and spacious, has a separate garden with a terrace and mountain views, and is equipped for 2 people. The One-room apartment is accessible via an outside staircase. The sleeping area has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and there is a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The flat has underfloor heating, which is powered by a heat pump and photovoltaic system. A free parking space is available on site.
The nearest public transport stop (for the STB Stubaitalbahn tram) and Mutters Swimming Pool are both close by. There is a bakery on the village square. The nearest supermarket is just 3 tram stops away.
