The two appr. 38 m² apartments can accommodate two people each and is only a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa, a smart TV, Netflix access and a small bathroom with a washing machine. The apartments are located in the Pradl district and even though it's just a few minutes from the city centre, you can get your morning coffee or fresh milk from the neighbouring farm. Some of the buildings around the apartments are very old and the streets are narrow. This means not many cars pass along Egerdachstraße road and makes it a very quiet location despite being right in the city. Unfortunately, there are no private parking spaces. The following options are available:
-On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, you can park on Egerdachstraße road for free. Finding a parking space near the apartment is usually not a problem.
-During the week, it is unfortunately not possible to buy a day ticket right by the apartment as it is so near the city centre. It is therefore advisable to park your car two blocks away (approx. 300 metres). On the roads Pembaurstraße or Amthorstraße from number 26 onwards, a day ticket costs € 8.
