Villa Marwa – a green oasis of peace and quiet with views of the city – welcomes you to the Hötting district of Innsbruck, just a few minutes' walk from Innsbruck’s famous landmark, the Golden Roof. The family-run villa has fantastic views of the historic city centre and the surrounding mountains.
The villa is lovingly and exclusively furnished, the beautiful natural garden is a wonderful spot for spending happy holiday moments and a place of retreat where you can unwind. The villa offers: A large, bright double room with simple solid wood furniture for up to 2 people. The elegant parquet flooring gives the whole space a wonderful feel. There is a spacious entrance area attached to the room, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet that provide privacy. OR A cosy basement studio for up to 2 people with beautiful views of Innsbruck’s local mountain – Patscherkofel. The flat is approximately 33 m² and offers everything a studio needs without being wasteful – a comfortable box-spring bed, a vintage lounge chair and a well-equipped kitchenette.
The villa is ideally located for exploring the city, hiking in summer and skiing or cross-country skiing in winter. A parking space can be used on site (for a fee) and there is a bus stop located nearby.
