Yes, the Welcome Card gives you access to selected guided tours offered as part of the Innsbruck region's Experience Program.

On trains operated by ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways), bicycles can generally be taken on board. However, a separate ticket is required and this is not included in the Welcome Card. The additional bike ticket is available as a day or week ticket and can be purchased from the VVT ticket shop, the ÖBB ticket shop or ticket machines.
On IVB buses and trams within the Innsbruck core zone and on the Stubaitalbahn tram (STB), bicycles can be carried free of charge at the following times, provided there is sufficient space: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and from 6.30 pm to 6 am, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If a bus has a bike rack on the rear, it can be used for bikes at any time.
On bus routes operated by the VVT (Verkehrsverbund Tirol), bicycles can be taken on low-floor buses for free, provided there is sufficient space. If there is a bike rack at the rear of the bus, this must be used.
However, bicycle transport, particularly inside the vehicle, cannot be guaranteed. Other user groups, such as wheelchair users and passengers with pushchairs, always have priority, and bicycle transport is ultimately at the driver’s discretion.
