The valley station at ground level and the cash desk area of the 10-person gondola lift is located directly at the Axamer Lizum car park. The entrance to the gondola lift can be reached via an own passenger lift.
The entrance to the Olympiabahn, which is a little higher up, can only be reached via steps. On request, assistance may be provided by the lift staff.
Both cable car entrances and the sun terrace in the Hoadl mountain station are at ground level, also the toilet facilities. The panorama restaurant Hoadlhaus can be reached via a staircase and an escalator. On request, there is assistance from the lift staff via a separate access point.
