This ski tour is suitable for experienced tourers, and knowledge of deep snow and avalanches is obligatory. The ascent starts at the beginning of the toboggan run. Cross the stream and turn left. The route heads uphill by a clearing in the forest before rejoining the sledge run. Shortly before the Lehnberghaus alpine hut, a lane heads up to the Lacke, and a wonderful view of the Inn Valley. Head along the south-west face, first level, then steeply uphill. Head through the depression or alternatively continue left along the south-east face to the summit. The descent follows the same path. This is a very popular ski tour, especially in winter and even in the spring snow.

Arrival
- You reach the starting point via the Inntal valley. At Telfs or Mötz, drive onto the Mieminger Plateau and continue through the village of Obsteig. After approx. 500 m turn right onto a forest road. After a few minutes' drive you will reach the Arzkasten car park, for which a charge is made. Bus 350 or 355 - stop "Obsteig Holzleiten" (approx. 30 minutes' walk to the Arzkasten starting point). www.vvt.at
