Von der Inntalautobahn ins Sellraintal. Weiter bis nach Gries und dort in Richtung Praxmar abzweigen. Nochmal links über eine Brücke bis zum Ende der asphaltierten Straße. Bei einer Baracke parken.
Zu Fuß den Weg in östlicher Richtung folgen. Kurz nach einer alten Schottergrube erreicht man ein Bachbett, welches zum Einsteig des Eisfalls führt.
