Tourist Information Oberperfuss

Peter-Anich-Weg 1, 6173 Oberperfuss
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30 am - 12.00 am

The village lies directly on the Inn Cycle Path and also on various wonderful hiking routes. The Tyrolean section of The Way of St. James passes right through Unterperfuss and brings pilgrims to the beautiful village centre built in traditional Tyrolean style. There is even a brewery nearby and you can try a cool beer at the connected guesthouse.
Equestrian sports are also very important in Unterperfuss. High-profile riding and jumping tournaments are held at Reiterhof zum Penz.

A unique sundial featuring the signs of the zodiac can be seen at the Hörtnaglhof in Unterperfuss. The sundial was made by Peter Anich, a cartographer and autodidact who lived in Oberperfuss in the 18th century.
The beautiful old village centre of Unterperfuss delights hikers with its lovingly maintained farmhouses and old well. The crystal-clear fountains are ideal for a break and to replenish energy levels. Pilgrims can often be seen passing through the small village on the Tyrolean section of The Way of St. James.

A beautifully situated campsite "Farm Camping" Branger Alm is located on the edge of the village. The campsite is home to a rustic restaurant and the first traditional Tiroler Wirtshaus brewery, which guests are welcome to look around. Legendary dance evenings are held there at weekends.
