2,300 metres high yet still within the city of Innsbruck: Hafelekar peak in the Nordkette range is probably the most spectacular viewpoint in Innsbruck. At the foot of the mountain: the capital of the Alps. Behind it, the Karwendel: a nature park, untamed mountains, a place of dreams. You can get up to the “Top of Innsbruck” from the city centre in about 30 minutes on the Nordkettenbahnen lifts and cable cars. Our adventure mountain is a great place to visit year round! For skiing, snowboarding, freeriding, hiking, climbing, dining, relaxing and more.
