Bike park and BMX hall
Jumps, obstacles, steep curves and rough tracks; the Bikepark Innsbruck in the western holiday villages has plenty of downhill trails ready. One example is the Muttereralm Trail which begins at the eponymous mountain station, and a new highlight is the Götzner Trail which begins at the Nockspitzbahn Pfriemesköpfl mountain station - a perfect location for families and beginners. Ideal for training before the great descent is the practice site with children's area near the Muttereralm adventure restaurant, and a conveyor belt is there to take the riders back to the top for a fresh start.
Indoor biking at the Skatehalle Innsbruck
BMX fans are in their element in the Skatehalle Innsbruck. Handrails, stairsets, curved wall rides and much more enable spectacular tricks and jumps. There is also plenty for beginners, with mini ramps, kerbs and wheel tables ensuring the best practice conditions. The Skatehalle Innsbruck is also very popular among skaters - perfect for training and a great alternative when the weather is poor.
